Rates shown are starting prices and may vary by trailer, rental period, delivery distance, taxes, optional equipment and availability. We confirm the total price and any security deposit before collecting payment. A reservation is not guaranteed until Herrod Trailer Rentals confirms it and any required deposit is paid. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excess cleaning, damage, missing equipment, mileage or delivery when disclosed in the rental agreement.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time for a refund of rental payments and deposits paid, less any clearly disclosed nonrefundable third-party processing costs. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may forfeit the reservation deposit. After a trailer has been picked up or delivered, unused rental time is not refundable. If we cancel because the reserved trailer is unavailable or unsafe, you may choose a full refund or an available replacement. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.
Renters must provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, an acceptable payment method and a tow vehicle suitable for the selected trailer. Commercial equipment may require additional business, insurance or licensing documents. The renter is responsible for lawful use, safe loading, secure towing, timely return and loss or damage as stated in the signed rental agreement. Trailers may not be subleased, used by an unauthorized driver or used for unlawful, overloaded or unsafe hauling. The signed rental agreement controls if it conflicts with this website summary. Tennessee law applies unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We collect information you submit—such as your name, phone number, email address, rental dates, requested trailer and notes—to answer questions, evaluate rental eligibility, prepare reservations and provide service. Payment providers may process payment information under their own privacy terms; we do not intentionally store complete card numbers on this website.
